Deepak Mengal, as a trainee teacher (Vocational)

Deepak Mengal, one of our first batch alumni from Aseema Bal Shaikshanik Kendra school, Igatpuri, has joined as a trainee teacher (Vocational) to train our students from Std. VII to IX in the electrician vocation.
Deepak completed his 2 years ITI in Electrician trade from the Govt. ITI, Igatpuri. Deepak worked at Mahindra and Mahindra Company plant at Igatpuri to gain professional experience for 3 years.
We are happy to have Deepak back in the school to help our students gain the vocational skills in the field of electricals.

Adira Academy organised its annual residency orientation from June 7th–14th for the participants at Hyderabad, everyone participated in a themed weeklong tailored programme: stepping into Adira and discovering how learning works; where they also worked on designing Life Beyond Adira — honest self-assessment building toward a concrete post-Adira life plan. The long week had shared moments – a welcome address, games, students shared their commitments for the year ahead. Juniors and Seniors then continued for an extended second week (June 15th–25th), Students showed progress towards yearlong work done by the trainers and mentors from the academy.
